How to nominate your school:
No Purchase necessary.

There are two steps to take that will constitute one nomination entry into the Contest.

Step 1: Complete online Contest entry form - Visit (the “Website”) and click on the Stand UP! icon to access the Contest microsite.  Click the ENTER button to access the standard Contest entry form.  Fill out the entry form including your full name, email address, age, location and telephone number, your school’s name , and your grade, along with including a written description (no more than 250 words) about how your school stands up to bullying. Then submit your completed online Contest entry form.

Step 2: Print off School Permission form, complete and send to Family - Once you have submitted the online Contest entry form in Step 1, you’ll be provided with a link to the school permission form (the “School Permission”).  You will need to print the School Permission form and complete it with the required information, including your school’s address and telephone number, and have the School Permission form signed by your school’s Principal. Return the completed, signed, School Permission form to Family by fax, regular mail, or email, as outlined on the form.

A completed online Contest entry form and School Permission form received by Sponsor will constitute one nomination entry into the Contest. Limit of one nomination per school. In the event that Family receives more than one nomination per school, Family will keep the first completed nomination it receives, and shall void/destroy any duplicate nominations. In the event that Family does not receive a completed and signed School Permission form, your entry will be disqualified.

All nomination entries shall become the property of Family. Family takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen misdirected, delayed, incorrect, illegible, incomplete, garbled or received after the nomination deadline. Proof of your mailing or emailing does not constitute proof of receipt

The only method of entering a Contest entry form (per Step 1) for this Contest is online entry (internet access required). Online entry of the entry form is available through the Website only; no other means of submission will be accepted. Although online access and an email account are required in order to participate, no purchase is required in order to enter the contest. Many public libraries, retail businesses and others offer free access to computers and a number of internet service providers and other companies offer free email accounts.

(Referred to herein as “Prize(s)” or “Grand Prize(s)” as applicable)

There are three Grand Prizes to be won. For purposes of this Contest the Grand Prize shall mean the eligible entrant whose nomination is selected to win a Stand UP! Rally Prize at his/her school. Selected Grand Prize winners will receive:

A 2018 Stand UP! Rally at his/her school, consisting of:

  • a general-assembly presentation that will include an appearance by a Family star, guest speakers and a question-and-answer session hosted by the not-for-profit research organization PREVNet; and
  • the opportunity to participate in related interactive activities at the rally.

The components and logistics of the Stand UP! Rally, assembly presentation and related activities will be co-ordinated by Family and the selected winning school. The Grand Prize has no cash value.

On or about October 16, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. ET a panel of three judges, chosen by Family in its sole and absolute discretion, (the “Judging Panel”) will select three potential Grand Prize winners based on the most compelling description of how the entrant’s school stands up to bullying. The chances of being selected to win a Prize in this Contest depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the Judging Panels’ decisions. All Judging Panels’ decisions are final.

Rally.

The winner will not be reimbursed in the event of cancellation or re-scheduling of the Stand UP! Rally.
